Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Own the financial strategy, annual budgeting, and long-range planning process for the Nigerian manufacturing operation.
• Partner with the Country Manager/MD, Supply Chain, and Commercial leadership to drive profitability, working capital efficiency, and cost optimisation across the manufacturing value chain.
• Provide financial insight and scenario analysis to support pricing, capacity investment, and portfolio decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with Group and IFRS requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax legislation and coordinate with FIRS and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships in a foreign-exchange-constrained operating environment.
• Oversee tax planning, and repatriation strategy in coordination with Group Tax.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Professional accounting qualification required: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a CFO / Head of Finance or senior finance leadership role. Prior experience within FMCG manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on control discipline; comfortable operating in a high-growth, high-complexity market.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence; able to influence at Group/Regional level.
• High personal integrity and a strong governance/compliance orientation.
