About the role

The General Manager – Toll Road (Site) holds full operational leadership for the toll road project at site, with overall responsibility for delivery, budget, and performance.

Key responsibilities

Lead overall site operations for toll road construction and/or operations
Set targets and budgets, and oversee execution against the project plan
Oversee multiple site managers and departments
Ensure HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance across the site
Manage relationships with the client, government agencies (including BPJT), and key stakeholders
Report site performance, risks, and forecasts to the Director/Board

Requirements

15+ years experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Languages: English
Toll road contractor experience (preferred)
Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
