Manager – Coal Mine Production

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly coal production activities against targets
• Ensure production output is achieved within approved cost and quality parameters
• Lead and supervise production superintendents, foremen, and site production teams
• Coordinate closely with mine planning, engineering, and HSE departments on pit sequencing and compliance
• Monitor and manage the performance of mining subcontractors engaged on site
• Work with the plant/maintenance team to optimize equipment availability and utilization
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and internal HSE standards
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management
• Manage the production department's operating budget and drive cost control initiatives
• Support the General Manager in site-level operational and strategic planning

• 8–10 years experience
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or a closely related field.
• Languages: English
• Mining contractor experience (preferred)
• POP certification (preferred)
• POM certification (preferred)
