About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to keep daily finance and stock records accurate. Each morning starts with a short inventory reconciliation, followed by accounting and financial administration for the rest of the working day.

Key responsibilities

Update and maintain inventory records in Microsoft Excel, with a short stock reconciliation each morning (about 30 minutes).
Monitor stock movements and report any stock discrepancies.
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping, and record financial transactions accurately.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable records, and inventory management.
Organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Finance, accounting and bookkeeping..
Good Microsoft Excel skills, including inventory tracking.
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
Accurate, well organized, with high attention to detail.
Professional in speaking and communicating in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Hindi.
