Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger and bank reconciliations, journal and voucher reviews, petty cash, expense claims, and vendor payment schedules.
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), and support regulatory reporting such as LKPM and BI.
• Prepare, compute, and file all monthly and annual Indonesian tax returns (PPh 21/26, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and PPN) on time.
• Manage e-Faktur and e-Bupot processes and reconcile commercial books with tax returns, ensuring compliance with current DJP regulations.
• Support the Finance Manager during tax audits, restitutions, and inquiries from the tax office (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak / KPP).
• Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and working capital; prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and assist with banking relationships and FX transactions.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports, and help improve internal controls, accounting workflows, and audit readiness.

• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, tax, and finance.
• Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and DJP applications (e-Faktur, e-SPT, DJP Online).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, ORACLE, Xero, or Tally) and strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Solid understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
• High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, integrity, and capability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and written/spoken English.
