We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics professional to manage sourcing, purchasing and logistics activities for a mining/construction contractor project.

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics professional to manage sourcing, purchasing and logistics activities for a mining/construction contractor project in Melak, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services to site.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment and services required for site operations.
Identify and develop reliable sources of supply for critical materials and equipment.
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with vendors/suppliers to achieve best value.
Coordinate logistics and delivery of materials to site, ensuring timely arrival to support project schedules.
Maintain vendor database, evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation in line with company policy.
Monitor procurement budget and costs, working closely with Cost Control and Finance.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, approval matrices and audit requirements.

Requirements

4–6 years experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
Languages: English
