About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager – Finance to lead the finance function for its mining vertical and support group-level financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

Lead the finance function for the mining business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee project costing and contract accounting for mining operations and mining contracts
Manage treasury, working capital, and banking relationships across business units
Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, and regulatory reporting for the mining vertical
Partner with business unit heads across mining, pharma, realty, and construction on financial strategy
Prepare MIS, board reporting, and investor/lender reporting
Oversee audit, internal controls, and risk management
Support fundraising and project finance for mining and construction contracts

Requirements

10–15 years experience
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) — mandatory
Languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
