Quality Control Analyst

• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to approved specifications and SOPs.
• Conduct chemical, physical, and/or microbiological testing using appropriate laboratory instruments and analytical methods.
• Operate, calibrate where required, and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis, GC, pH meters, and dissolution testers.
• Record, review, and report test results accurately in laboratory documentation, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Investigate abnormal or out-of-specification results, report findings promptly, and support corrective actions with QA and Production.
• Manage reagents, reference standards, samples, and laboratory consumables according to procedures.
• Support stability studies, method verification/validation, audits, inspections, and continuous-improvement activities.

• S1 in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quality Control Analyst or in pharmaceutical/analytical laboratory testing. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years’ relevant laboratory experience may be considered for junior QC opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/CPOB, GLP, SOPs, pharmacopoeia standards, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, preferably HPLC and UV-Vis; GC, FTIR, dissolution, or microbiology experience is an advantage.
• Experience in raw material, in-process, finished-product, and/or stability testing.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferred: experience with OOS/OOT investigations, method validation/verification, CAPA, audits, and data-integrity practices.
