Sales Executive

• Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities in the target market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and growth plans for the business.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, business management, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of success, ideally in import/export or customs services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and verbal). Professional English speaking and listening is a must.
