Finance & Accounts Executive

• Maintain daily books of accounts and record transactions accurately in Tally or accounting software, and prepare sales and purchase invoices, debit and credit notes, and manage vendor and customer ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payment follow-ups, bank and outstanding reconciliation, and petty cash.
• Support GST calculation and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS working and statutory compliance, and coordinate with the CA or auditor on monthly closing, audits and filings.
• Prepare MIS reports (expense summary, cash flow, receivables ageing) and update management on financial and operational status.
• Coordinate daily operations (order processing, dispatch or service follow-up, vendor coordination), and prepare quotations and purchase orders while tracking deliveries and payments.
• Maintain records, documentation and basic inventory or stock tracking, and support administrative and process-improvement tasks as required.

• Education: B.Com / BBA / BMS graduate; MBA / PGDM in Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience (strong MBA freshers will also be considered).
• Working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime preferred) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
• Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, and able to multitask between finance and operations.
• Experience in a trading, logistics or service-based SME (Preferred).
• Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills (Preferred).
• Pursuing or completed CA Inter, CMA or similar (Preferred, not mandatory).
