Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer and commercial company in Indonesia, part of an international pharmaceutical group. The company manufactures and commercializes medicines across therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiometabolic, neuropsychiatry, antibiotics, and anti-retroviral.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and run brand plans for prescription pharmaceutical products. You will lead product launches, work with key opinion leaders, and support field sales teams, working closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and product lifecycle plans.
Lead product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional materials.
Run marketing campaigns, medical events, and round-table discussions, and build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
Train and support field sales teams on product knowledge, including key-account visits.
Manage brand budgets and track market share, competitor activity, and trends using IQVIA data.
Work with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, and follow company policy and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

S1 in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
3+ years in product/brand management, or 5+ years in pharma sales with marketing exposure.
Proven product launch and campaign experience.
Understanding of HCP engagement and ethical pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Professional Indonesian and English communication skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Willing to travel domestically.
