COST ENGINEER IN PEKALONGAN

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for highway/toll road construction packages.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing actual project costs against the approved RAP/budget and standards
• Track and control project costs against the approved budget, identifying variances and cost overrun risks early.
• Review contractor progress claims, BOQ quantities and payment certificates.
• Maintain cost codes, cost breakdown structures and forecast-to-complete reports.
• Support procurement in cost benchmarking of materials and subcontracted works.
• Coordinate with site/project engineers on cost implications of design changes or site conditions.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and management presentations.
• Support variation/claim cost evaluation and negotiation with contractors/suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance or a related field.
• Languages: English
• Familiarity with cost/project control software (preferred)
• Analytical skills (preferred)
• Negotiation skills (preferred)
• Reporting skills (preferred)
