About the role

We are looking for a Finance Foreman to support site finance and administration activities for a hauling road contractor operation in Melak. The role provides front-line financial administration support to site operations.

Key responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day site finance and administrative tasks supporting operations.
Assist in recording and verifying site transactions, petty cash and operational expenses.
Support preparation of site financial/cost documentation, receipts and supporting data for reporting.
Coordinate with site operations and finance/cost control teams on documentation of daily costs.
Assist with administration of timesheets, workshop/operational cost data, and other supporting records.
Maintain organised and accurate filing of site financial documents.
Support internal and external audit data requests at site level.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Languages: English
