General Manager – Human Resources

• Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with overall business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
• Lead industrial relations and employee relations strategy across head office and site locations
• Lead and develop the HR team across head office and site locations
• Advise the leadership team on manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce strategy
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations across all operating sites
• Manage the HR department's budget and policy framework
• Drive employer branding, culture, and talent retention initiatives

• 15+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree or HR professional certification is an advantage.
• Languages: English
• Experience in coal mining (preferred)
• Heavy industry setting (preferred)
• Strategic HR (preferred)
• Change management (preferred)
• Managing HR functions across multiple sites (preferred)
