About the role

The Toll Road Manager – Site is responsible for day-to-day management of toll road construction/operations activities at project site, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day toll road construction and/or operations activities at site
Ensure project schedule, quality standards, safety, and budget compliance
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants engaged on the project
Monitor progress against the project plan and escalate risks proactively
Manage the site team, including engineers and field supervisors
Ensure compliance with relevant technical, regulatory, and safety standards
Liaise with local authorities and manage community relations at site
Report project progress and issues to management on a regular basis

Requirements

8–10 years experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
Experience with toll road contractor (preferred)
Experience with toll road operator (preferred)
