Finance Executive - Assistant Manager

• Maintain accurate accounting records and journal entries
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Process supplier payments and customer receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents
• Support external auditors by providing required documentation

• 2–5 years experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Languages: English
• Understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
• Financial reporting (preferred)
• Supporting month-end closing (preferred)
• Fast-paced environment (preferred)
• Willingness to learn (preferred)
