Sales Officer – Marketing

• Consolidate and grow existing business in the assigned territory, and achieve monthly sales targets as per plan.
• Follow up on orders and ensure accurate sales contracts are sent to customers.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure orders are executed according to customer requirements.
• Conduct market visits and gather market intelligence, and maintain a mechanism to review feedback from the market.
• Attend and resolve day-to-day customer queries promptly.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the background of hardware, hand tools, and power tools.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical ability.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and written/spoken English.
