About the role

The HR Manager oversees end-to-end HR operations for the group's mining contracting business, supporting both head office and multi-site teams across manpower planning, industrial relations, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management
Support and coordinate with site HR/GA teams across mining site locations
Lead manpower planning in line with production and operational requirements
Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Manage the HR department's operating budget
Coordinate with site HR/GA teams to ensure consistent HR practices across locations
Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

8–10 years experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Languages: English
Experience in coal mining industry (preferred)
Experience managing HR operations across multiple sites (preferred)
