Our client, a diversified conglomerate group, is seeking an experienced Head of HR / HR Manager to lead its human resources function, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer with regular Board-level engagement.

01 THE OPPORTUNITY Our client, a diversified conglomerate group with operations spanning multiple business lines and a multicultural workforce, is seeking an experienced Head of HR / HR Manager to lead its human resources function — reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer with regular Board-level engagement. 02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 03 REQUIREMENTS

● Lead the end-to-end HR function for a diversified conglomerate group. ● Own expatriate affairs — work permits (RPTKA/IMTA), KITAS/KITAP, and government liaison. ● Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all business units. ● Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan; ensure PPh 21 compliance. ● Develop HR policies for a diverse, multicultural workforce. ● Advise the COO and Board on organisational design and talent strategy. ● Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. ● Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labour law. ● Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a large, multi-business-unit organisation. ● Hands-on experience managing expatriate immigration and work permit processes. ● Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll and statutory compliance (BPJS, PPh 21). ● Fluent English (written & spoken) — mandatory. ● Comfortable operating across diverse nationalities and cultures. ● Credible stakeholder manager, able to engage confidently at COO/Board level. ● Sound understanding of Indonesian labour law. ● Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (CHRP/CHRM/SHRM) an advantage. 04 COMPENSATION & REPORTING LINE

Compensation IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 gross per month (commensurate with experience) Reporting Line Chief Operating Officer (COO), with regular Board-level engagement
