Head of HR / HR Manager

• Lead the end-to-end HR function for a diversified conglomerate group.
• Own expatriate affairs — work permits (RPTKA/IMTA), KITAS/KITAP, and government liaison.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all business units.
• Administer BPJS Employment and BPJS Kesehatan; ensure PPh 21 compliance.
• Develop HR policies for a diverse, multicultural workforce.
• Advise the COO and Board on organisational design and talent strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labour law.

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a large, multi-business-unit organisation.
• Hands-on experience managing expatriate immigration and work permit processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll and statutory compliance (BPJS, PPh 21).
• Fluent English (written & spoken) — mandatory.
• Comfortable operating across diverse nationalities and cultures.
• Credible stakeholder manager, able to engage confidently at COO/Board level.
• Sound understanding of Indonesian labour law.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (CHRP/CHRM/SHRM) an advantage.
