About the role

The Export Sales Manager owns revenue growth across Europe, the Americas, and ANZ by developing and managing B2B relationships with wholesalers, agents, distributors, and contract buyers. This is a full-cycle commercial position.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow an active portfolio of wholesale agents and distributors
Identify, qualify, and convert new accounts across retail and contract channels
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and incoterms
Develop relationships with commercial interior contractors and hospitality procurement buyers
Maintain CRM discipline: pipeline data, follow-up cadence, deal stage tracking
Represent the company at key international exhibitions
Support export-facing catalogues, linesheets, and presentation decks

Requirements

3–7 years experience
Bachelor's — Business, Marketing, or Int'l Trade
Languages: Professional English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish
German (preferred)

Spanish (preferred)
