Sales Engineer – Process Industry

• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions, including support with equipment selection and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory, conduct customer visits and follow-ups, and achieve agreed sales and order targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, OEMs, engineering consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Grow existing customer accounts, including equipment, spare parts, and after-sales service opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and service providers on technical requirements, quotations, purchase orders, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, represent the company at exhibitions and industry events, and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related role in the process industry.
• Able to understand technical drawings, equipment specifications, and process requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Professional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and results-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid SIM A; own vehicle preferred for customer visits.
• Based in Bekasi or within commuting distance, and willing to travel frequently within Jabodetabek and other areas of Indonesia.
• Experience in bulk solids handling, pneumatic conveying, industrial equipment, or process engineering, and exposure to Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Cement industries (preferred).
