Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer and commercial company in Indonesia, part of an international pharmaceutical group. The company manufactures and commercializes medicines across therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiometabolic, neuropsychiatry, antibiotics, and anti-retroviral.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Representative to promote specialty products in Oncology or CNS/Psychiatry across Jadetabek. You will engage specialist doctors, key opinion leaders, and hospital pharmacists through science-based product presentations.

Key responsibilities

Engage specialist doctors and hospital pharmacists in your assigned therapy area with science-based product presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and specialist prescribers in hospitals and specialized facilities.
Plan territory calls, track sales performance, and achieve territory revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and share customer insights with the team.
Coordinate with distributors (PBF) to maintain product availability and market coverage.
Follow company policy and applicable pharmaceutical regulations in all field and promotional activities.
Submit regular field activity reports using CRM tools.
Join medical events, round-table discussions, and scientific conferences.

Requirements

D3/S1 in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
3+ years as a Medical Representative.
Proven sales target achievement.
Experience with specialist doctors and hospitals.
Strong scientific communication and negotiation in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
High integrity and compliance mindset.
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA, Veeva, Salesforce).
Own a motorcycle with SIM C, SIM A is preferred. Willing to travel within Jadetabek.
