Finance Manager – Apparel Manufacturing

• Manage plant finance and accounting, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets and financial closing.
• Prepare monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for plant and group leadership.
• Manage production and order costing, including margins, materials, wastage, work in progress and finished goods.
• Control inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories and garments through audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure Indonesian tax and statutory compliance, including tax filings, BPJS and customs requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, letters of credit, import/export documentation and foreign exchange exposure.
• Coordinate audits, tax consultants and authorities, and strengthen internal controls, SOPs and ERP processes.
• Lead and develop the finance team and support group reporting and consolidation.

• Qualification: Indian Chartered Accountant (CA) is an advantage; alternatively B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with ICWA or CPA as a plus.
• Experience: 5–8 years in plant-level finance and accounts, preferably apparel, textile or garment manufacturing.
• Skills: Manufacturing cost accounting, inventory control, IFRS or Indian GAAP, exposure to Indonesian taxation (PSAK), ERP (SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Competencies: Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills; able to work independently.
