Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer and commercial company in Indonesia, part of an international pharmaceutical group. The company manufactures and commercializes medicines across therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiometabolic, neuropsychiatry, antibiotics, and anti-retroviral.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Distribution Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, inventory, and distributor operations at an established pharmaceutical manufacturer, working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Quality.

Key responsibilities

Lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to keep products available across Indonesia, while monitoring working capital and reducing slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Manage distributors, warehouses, and logistics partners (including cold-chain providers), and track their performance to drive continuous improvement.
Run monthly sales and operations planning with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with supply capacity.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical distribution regulations and quality standards, including batch tracking and import/export documentation.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Quality teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, forecast accuracy, and operational performance using ERP systems and data analytics.
Travelling to warehouse & distributors

Requirements

S1 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership role
Proven experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and distributor management
Strong understanding of distribution regulations, cold-chain logistics, and import/export compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
Professional Indonesian and English communication skills
Willing to travel domestically for warehouse and distributor visits.
