About the role

The General Manager – Toll Road (Head Office) leads the toll road business line strategically, overseeing multiple sites/projects and driving the group's growth in the toll road sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategy for the toll road business line
Oversee site General Managers/Managers across toll road projects
Manage relationships with regulators (including BPJT), investors, and financiers
Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the toll road business
Drive business development and identify new toll road opportunities
Ensure regulatory compliance and sound governance across toll road operations

Requirements

15+ years experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Business; a Master's degree is preferred.
Languages: English
Experience with toll road operator (preferred)
Experience with contractors (preferred)
