About the role

Our client is seeking a Foreman to manage day-to-day insurance handling across group operations, coordinating claims, policy administration, and coverage compliance for its mining, construction, and other business units.

Key responsibilities

Handle end-to-end insurance claims processing for group assets and operations
Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage documentation across business units
Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, and surveyors on claims and policy matters
Maintain insurance records, certificates, and compliance documentation
Support risk assessment and coverage adequacy reviews for mining, construction, and other assets
Coordinate with site/operations teams to ensure timely incident reporting and claims submission
Assist in insurance premium budgeting and cost tracking
Ensure compliance with statutory insurance requirements

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in an insurance company (claims, underwriting, or policy administration) strongly preferred
Hands-on experience handling insurance claims and policy documentation
Strong coordination and communication skills
Willing to travel to project sites as required
Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta
