Pricing Specialist

• Research the market to identify pricing trends and competitor benchmarks.
• Develop and implement pricing models aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to keep pricing strategies consistent.
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, and make adjustments to optimise results.
• Provide pricing recommendations and insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends and best practices to keep pricing competitive and compliant.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a pricing or commercial role, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and give actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain pricing information clearly to different stakeholders.
• Proven track record of pricing strategies that improved revenue and profitability.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and verbal). Professional English speaking and listening is a must.
