Part Analyst

• Analyse spare parts usage, consumption trends and stock requirements for heavy equipment fleet.
• Plan and recommend spare parts stocking levels (min/max, reorder points) to support maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Workshop teams to align parts availability with maintenance schedules.
• Monitor parts inventory accuracy, ageing/slow-moving stock and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Liaise with Procurement on parts sourcing, lead times and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate parts master data, bill of materials and equipment parts catalogues.
• Prepare reports on parts availability, stock-outs, and cost of spare parts consumption.
• Support root cause analysis of critical parts shortages affecting equipment downtime.

• 4–6 years experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Languages: English
• Knowledge of Hino (preferred)
• Knowledge of Komatsu (preferred)
• Knowledge of Caterpillar (preferred)
• Knowledge of Volvo (preferred)
• Experience with SAP (preferred)
