About the role

The Toll Road Manager – Head Office coordinates toll road business functions from head office, bridging planning, budgeting, and reporting between head office and site teams.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate toll road project planning, budgeting, and reporting between head office and site
Monitor project performance across the toll road portfolio
Liaise with regulators (including BPJT), financiers, and other key stakeholders
Support tender and bidding processes as well as contract management
Coordinate with finance, legal, and engineering departments at head office
Prepare management reports on project and portfolio performance

Requirements

8–10 years experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience with toll road operator (preferred)
