About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales & Management Manager to lead property sales while overseeing portfolio administration, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This role combines property marketing, buyer and investor acquisition, negotiation, and property management across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, working closely with contractors, agents, notaries, and government authorities.

Key responsibilities

Lead property sales by marketing properties, identifying prospective buyers and investors, and developing sales and marketing strategies to maximize property value.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and sales transactions.
Consolidate and maintain property portfolio records.
Manage property administration and documentation.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, renovations, and upgrades.
Coordinate with contractors, agents, notaries, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with property regulations, permits, and licenses.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales, property management, or real estate.
Strong background in property marketing and buyer acquisition.
Experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Knowledge of property regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Experience in property investment, asset management, or property trading businesses, and a strong network of property agents, investors, and corporate buyers (preferred).
