About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Support professional to manage the receipt and usage records of construction materials at the Melak site, ensuring accurate and well-maintained material data to support project control.

Key responsibilities

Record and maintain data on the receipt of construction materials delivered to site.
Record and track usage of construction materials against project requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date material stock records, delivery documents and usage logs.
Coordinate with warehouse/store, procurement and site engineering teams to reconcile material receipt and usage data.
Prepare periodic material receipt/usage reports for project and cost control purposes.
Support stock-take/inventory checks of construction materials and identify discrepancies.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of delivery notes, goods receipt notes and material issue slips.

Requirements

4+ years experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Languages: English
